Lights of Love 2024
Friday 6th December 7.30pm

Our Lights of Love service was held at GreenAcres’ Colney. This is a truly beautiful location and we are very grateful to GreenAcres for offering to have us. The service room is among the trees of the woodland. We were very grateful we were able to welcome all attendees into a peaceful, safe space to remember our babies.

Our annual Lights of Love service is non-denominational, for people of all backgrounds and beliefs. Anybody affected by the loss of a baby is welcome to join us in remembering our babies at this difficult time of year, including children.

We would like to say a big thank you to Norwich Singers for joining us again for carol singing and for the readers and those that took part in the candle lighting.

It was lovely to meet many attendees after the service for refreshments and a chat. If you would like to chat again or feel you would like further support, we hold monthly meetings and would welcome you to attend.

Lights of Love 2022
Blackfriars Hall, Norwich

The service was led by our guest speaker, the wonderful Helen Saunders who we were delighted could join us again. We had our usual carols, readings and candle lighting and this year we were also joined by members of the Norwich Singers Choir who sounded wonderful.

Lights of Love 2021
Blackfriars Hall, Norwich

We held a beautiful service in Blackfriars Hall, Norwich. As usual it included carols, the lighting of candles, readings and a guest speaker leading the service. At the end of the service our befrienders were around to talk to if needed and there was time to socialise and have mince pies/a warm drink if people wanted.

It was good to see people face to face again and to be able to remember our babies at Christmas/midwinter time together.

This years service was via zoom and was interactive with opportunities for people to remember their baby with us. It’s a non denominational event with readings, carols and the lighting of candles for our babies.
